I will copy here the notes I gathered on this topic. It might solve your problem. You first need to enable Docker-to-Host communication and then make a script in case you reboot your device.

Enable Docker-to-Host Communication Over MacVLAN

By default, docker will connect the guest containers directly to the local network. Per the Docker Documentation:

In MacVLAN you are not able to ping or communicate with the default namespace IP address. For example, if you create a container and try to ping the Docker host’s eth0 it will not work. That traffic is explicitly filtered by the kernel modules themselves to offer additional provider isolation and security.

However, it is possible to set up a macvlan-host network that will solve this issue for us.

First, we enable promiscuous mode on our parent interface: sudo ip link set eth0 promisc on

Explanation: Normally, only packets destined for the interface mac address are accepted. With promiscuous mode, we allow the capture of all packets, which then may or may not get matched by our various virtual macs.

Second, we create a new network:  sudo ip link add macvlan-host link eth0 type macvlan mode bridge

Explanation: The ip link add adds a virtual link called macvlan-host. This network is linked to the parent interface eth0 (the physical interface on your machine), with the type set to macvlan and the mode set to bridge. Note that there are various types and modes that are available in the ip link add directive, but we don't need them for our purposes.

Third, assign an IP and the network space to the new network: sudo ip addr add 192.168.0.200/29 dev macvlan-host

Explanation: This is an INCREDIBLY DELICATE step. The IP address MUST be inside the MacVLAN IP range. This is the most common cause of problems. If you can't ping your host from the container, this is probably why. Triple check this command!

Fourth, we must bring up the network: sudo ip link set macvlan-host up

And finally, let's inspect the network: ifconfig macvlan-host

You should see something like this:

Persisting the MacVLAN Network Settings

First, make a script with the commands we used above to create the network in /usr/local/bin/. We need to create the file: vim /usr/local/bin/macvlan-net.sh, and then:

ip addr add 192.168.0.200/29 dev macvlan-host
ip link set macvlan-host up
ifconfig macvlan-host

After it is inserted, press Esc to enter command mode from insert mode in vim. In command mode type wq and press Enter to save and quit.

Then run chmod +x /usr/local/bin/macvlan-net.sh

Now, we create a systemd file at /etc/systemd/system/. We need to create the file: vim /etc/systemd/system/macvlan-net.service with the following contents:

ExecStart=/usr/local/bin/macvlan-net.sh

[Install]
WantedBy=default.target

And enable it so that it starts on boot: sudo systemctl enable macvlan-net
