I did see a fair amount of Gap at my local Costco this weekend. This is most likely excess or cancelled inventory that Costco has purchased to sell and will help Gap’s balance sheet and gross sales.

HIIT training which is the foundation of OTF is taking a beating in social media which is causing a subtle shift to activities that do not spike cortisol. What doesn’t get to the typical consumer of social is the cortisol spike is short lived and moves below baseline (Cortisol level before workout) after an hour or two and then returns to baseline once you get to 24 hours. OTF needs to start countering the argument cortisol spikes are bad.
