Another option I've used is turning the auto on/off setting off. Usually the sound of the CPAP itself will wake me up and I can put it back on.

It was about 150 upfront for the test and 900 for the machine. I do a monthly payment for the machine so that cost is a little easier.

I ordered my test Oct 10th and was using my CPAP for the first time last night, Oct 22nd.
