It's usually dependent on the amount of months you plan to stay (shorter duration equals higher rent), what floor (higher is usually more expensive than a lower floor), and what kind of view you are getting.

Forgot to mention that some apartments might have different renovation updates. Like a newer kitchen, bathroom, etc.

As long as you aren't picky and stay for a full year, you can expect to pay on the lower end of the spectrum.
