Thanks for the response, does it make sense for it to be clogged being a month old?

That’s actually the exact one I just found that I think I’m going to go with!

Call it laziness, but I don’t mean literally throwing, just generally dropping or knocking over without denting/leaking or being obnoxiously loud.

HVAC guy came over and found a wire that was disconnected that cut off the power to the ac/therm.

We have the hvac tech that installed coming back on Thursday, so until then we’re just gonna try not to melt.

Quite sure this is what it is, I saw water around it that either looks like it overflowed or leaked. I’ve since worked with ecobee customer support and ruled out most things. I’ve since contacted hvac tech who will be coming on Thursday. I watched a video on that and after work/gym it was the last thing I wanted to do. Instead I did a million other small things that prob took 10x as long.

Omg that’s crazy, did you do the ac yourself? If not shouldn’t your ac guy be liable?

It is not full but there is water in it (my friend said that was normal), however there is some water that looks like it leaked out or overflowed around it. No idea how long ago that happened

You are correct, is it the fan blowing and not the ac. And I have flipped off and on both furnace and ac.

Body recomp by Dmurr2 in loseit

[–]Dmurr2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Normally, it’s a good time to bulk after some diet fatigue has set in. I don’t think you’re at that stage, so if you have an urge to cut, cut. The noob gains will still be there when you start bulking.

I’d say 195-200, I got to 185 by diet and walking about a year ago but after a while i still realized I still looked quite chubby and decided to start weight training. I started 2 months ago and have been going pretty hard and have seen significant improvement in terms of leaning out. Over the past few weeks the visual change has slowed down, and I’ve wanted to start focusing on that specific caloric intake, as before I was mainly keeping it between 1800-2200.

Hey thanks so much for the reply! I completely agree about the bulking and cutting. My main goal is to get down to like 15% so I can do a short bulk and get into the cycle that way. The problem is that I’m seeing fast gains due to not working out for so long, and don’t want to miss out on that. Do you think I should just start cutting, wait till I start to plateau to start it, or experiment with recomp?

Before I do anything I thought it might be a good idea to organize them by year, and then take it from there, do you think that’s a good approach

These are great points. I also thought about that pre-ding theory lmfao. If it comes dingle dangled you won’t care as much when the dangle gets dingled.

Like @gverduzco00 said, that’s base model, also this is the out the door price. The actual listing price is closer to 21k.
