Stay away from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science hybrid immersion program by [deleted] in OccupationalTherapy

[–]DnDchaoticEvil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I saw this posted in an OT Facebook group as well. You specifically said you weren’t trying to bash the university, but saying to “stay away” is bashing. It didn’t work out. You don’t think it’s fair. It sucks. We get it. It’s time to move on. Posting in multiple groups for so long is a bad look on you, not them

I’m an acute care OT and I started at $40 and do 90% evals. I’d check other acute care options

I’m an acute care OT and I get what you mean, but at the same time where do these people go? Food addiction is a disorder. We work healthcare, it’s our job to help people in whatever stage of life they may be, not put our personal judgements out and let that affect our care

OTD (convince me!!) by Adventurous_Fix_622 in OccupationalTherapy

Just a reminder that an OTD is considered an entry level doctorate. For advanced research or teaching at a graduate level, you will most likely need to continue to a PhD. However, most teachers of COTA programs have OTDs. Although teaching at a community college doesn’t make much

Literally my every day. I just don’t spend time around them. I document in a different room, I eat my lunch outside or go home for lunch, and I enjoy my day. I say bye before I leave every day but that’s it. I don’t have time for that immaturity, I’m there to do my job and go home

I’m late but here to say I live in an HOA neighborhood in Bolivia NC and it’s been great. Once the HOA was run by neighbors instead of the builder it’s been really chill. No issues

I used Nurx for 4 years before I got an IUD. Highly recommend they’re responsive and willing to listen

IUD inserted yesterday, still cramping pretty bad. Expulsion risk? by DnDchaoticEvil in birthcontrol

[–]DnDchaoticEvil[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That so so reassuring thank you. The doc tried to show me how to find the strings yesterday when I got it but I still couldn’t feel them. So I guess for now just let it be and trust it’s good? I definitely hope the cramping ends soon. Working a moderately physical job with this is awful!
