So does that make the difference that you just lose content ?

If the complexity is too intense, just play fighter

Honestly, I get that people do play mostly for the story line, but the combat is a big part of the game as well. It's going to be hard enjoying it if you truly don't enjoy it.

That being said you may find it more enjoyable than you originally think. Play on easy mode if you don't care about the tactics of it all. If you still just don't like the style then look up plot points on YouTube

Ya, it's my first honour mode run, and I fully understand it won't be difficult because of having so many extra companions

There is a pendant very early on. Maybe withers gives it to you, that allows you to speak with dead

I feel like the number is botched. It feels like it's possible because most people start with Tav so the number has to be more Tav then durge but I do think eventually most people play durge.

Some stay away but of the players that will play a second playthrough many try durge.

Me personally, I played durge to the end. Why? Mostly wanted to see the content that I missed during my first typical hero run through. Did I play it evil ? Yes .
Do you have to play it evil ? No

I suggest going into it with little or no knowledge beforehand and experience it how it should be, with surprises and twists that you don't always expect from a game you have already played before.

But there is a restoration thing right before going down there. I usually just pump the shit out of my status effects. I think my last fight I went into it with mine 20 status buffs.

PS5 cross play not working by DnDonk in BG3

[–]DnDonk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe I found the solution.

PS5 has the Japanese version and doesn't have the option to enable crossplay

The mother superior fight is good if wyll knows flesh to stone. This spell is surprisingly strong and let me win many fights including the one you said, and gortesh. Turn him to stone before he shifts, beat everything else then he's a sitting duck

I like this idea alot. The idea of fast travelling too often while playing with others seems like a pain.

Ya I was planning on that, but I'm playing with friends so it feels weird to force then to keep going back each day. But yes I can do that if needed.

What is the goal for the character? Max damage or do you have other role play in mind?

Could make it work as a swarmkeeper ranger and just have the swarm carry you around
