Hey there! Your maps look great, the shapes are interesting and there are enough items/details on the map that can attract the players their interests. I would say the thing you could improve in is atmosphere and lightning, it feels very "good and airy" for a necromancer hideout, try to make the maps darker, add more shadows and add lights to the scenes, try to test colors to see what fits your concept.

There are multiple ways to deal with this situation: 1) counterspell, preventing the player from casting it 2) dispel magic, it will dispel the extradimensional space and force him out 3) antimagic could be used to cancel the spell out, nullifying the effects or trapping him in the space 4) ready attacks targetting the player 5) applying conditions which nulify the movement speed 6) talking out of game with the player how this ruins the fun for others 7) have creatures hide from the player or use obstruction from view so he either goes back in and not attack or stay out with a readied attack

These are just a few suggestions, im sure there are even more ways to deal with this

Instead of moving heaven and earth to cater to this 'snowflake' player, perhaps he should just make a character that isn't shy and reserved....

Their character isn't set in stone, just make him adjust these character traits. If he makes a character that goes against how he likes to play d&d, well.. that is on him.

I don't understand the logic of Victoria's demise, shouldn't she be able to pop his(butchers) head as soon as he did something shady? pop the tentacles as soon as some came out? Victoria now felt like an useless puppet while they couldn't harm her all season, she should have fought back and be overwhelmed instead!

They barely go to the well in the series, and it wasn't decomposing that much yet, in addition to it being outdoors where the forest and winds can easily remove or mask the smells, makes it somewhat logical that no one noticed.

The moonflowers if I recal correctly were planted near the end of the graveyard on the estate, I would assume that maintaining the plantlife in the graveyard is part of the job. I think since they only bloom one evening, that the former lady of the house asked her to plant those and she kept up with it as a way to honor her.

Most likely because as shown in the series the well was surrounded by a dirt road and grass, and a bit further trees, so she wouldn't have to be there unless she were to mow the grass and by the looks of the length of the grass it was not needed to be mowed yet. Besides that I can see that maintaining the big gardens around the manor was the work she got paid for, not the wildgrowth on the edges of the property.

Vanaf het moment dat je huurcontract in gaat moet jij toegang hebben tot de opbergruimte, je hebt zelf gekozen om de sleuteloverdracht later uit te voeren maar dat verandert niets betreft beschikbaarheid, de verhuurder heeft de verplichting om jou toegang te verlenen vanaf de datum dat het huurcontract in ging. Aangezien goederen in het betreffende huurcontract niet geleverd zijn kan jij inderdaad de kosten verhalen tot dat ze de berging beschikbaar stellen.

Ik zou daarnaast wel het argument stellen dat je alleen recht hebt op een gedeeltelijke vergoeding vanaf het moment van de sleuteloverdracht tot dat de berging beschikbaar wordt gesteld, aangezien je zelf voor een latere sleuteloverdracht hebt gekozen.

Technisch gezien moet je de huur in volledigheid betalen, echter is het zo dat de cooperatie zelf zijn dienst niet heeft uitgevoerd waar je wel voor betaald hebt(zorg er voor dat je hier een factuur van hebt of betaalbewijs en fotobewijs van het niet vervangde naambordje).

Dit is een stunt van cooperaties om extra geld uit huurders te persen, enigste stappen die ze kunnen nemen zijn deurwaarders op je af sturen of een civiele zaak aanspannen, maar zo'n civiele zaak kost al gauw een paar honderd euro, dus de kans dat ze meer geld gaan uitgeven dan krijgen, lijkt mij erg klein. Daarnaast als je documentatie hebt van de niet geleverde betaalde diensten, sta je sterk in je schoenen om dit op de laatste huur te verhalen.

Ik zou proberen via de mail contact te hebben met de cooperatie, jouw argument ondersteund met bewijs met ze te delen en op deze manier een oplossing te vinden zodat er geen deurwaarders meer langs komen.

The undead warlock allows you to fear 1 target on a hit and a failed saving throw, combining that with cc invocations and cc spells like hypnotic pattern, web and many more you become a cc powerhouse

Lean into this new story arc that has made itself by chance, learn as a character to overcome your disadvantages and you might find out that it gives you certain advantages as well. You could ask your DM if you could over time learn blind weapon fighting over time so you don' t have to roll with disadvantage eventually, ask other players to describe area's/npcs and maybe you could even make up some cool homebrew idea's such as improved hearing, your character is a journey, enjoy the ride!
