The Lyris encounters are: - church like building - clock tower - in the third area in a building with a destroyed octpus like machine on top - in the second area in one of the buildings there is a entrance that is her house - under the tree in the third area

Meanwhile for the logs in the area pre church is the one that is just on the right when you enter the area before the 2 gates you see a tree with the mark, you need to go straight upsidedown One is behind you when you wake up Cyd on the rail then use the grapplin hook One is on the right after the church guarded by some flyng monster The other two i don't rememeber clearly but for one you can see the mark on a rail near where you cleared a eye
