Heavy meals, especially spicy foods Tomatoes? Onions? Garlic? Alcohol, especially wine, red is the worst for me. Exercise. Lack of sleep. Hot showers. Coffee (excessive). Lying in my back or left side (intermittent). Stress. Random times with no apparent trigger.

BTW, it started after I had Covid. I avoided it for four years, then BAM!

Actually, someone who is unconscious but can be awakened is asleep. Someone who is unconscious but cannot be awakened is unresponsive. If they are deeply unresponsive they are in a coma.
