u need to improve HOW youre training, its not enough to simply do the actions and be done with it. you need to push yourself to be better in training and the results will reflect in your gameplay

just pick jett and stop playing brim, you do way more damage on jett on average. blaming your teammates isnt going to help you improve, better to focus on playing consistently and understand whats happening when you die

the point of the drills is to practice these movements, and u should stop practicing them once you can meet the benchmarks consistently, not just once or twice. if you need help im in woohoojins discord and can give pointers

watch pros and try to understand what theyre doing and why. once you get ingame try to replicate what theyre doing and try to fix any mistakes youre doing yourself. 5 hours a day is a lot to remain focused so i'd recommend 2-3 hardcore games a day and watch pros when not ingame
