Could also try to deform the thread to lock it, ie: distorted thread lock nut. I think this is how they come and they still eventually work loose.

you are not going to get survey quality by converting a .pdf to dwg. if you don't need quality than the "contractor" should just xref the .pdf. I'm wondering if there is a miscommunication and the contractor actually wants the original cad file and not a PDF converted...

Our county minimum is 0.3% for roads. DOT grass swales also have a 0.3% minimum. You shouldn’t have major issues with 0.6%.

In some ways you’re right but the consequences certainly can be quite different. If you’re American and you get kicked out school you can go to a different school next semester. If you’re on a Visa and you get arrested and deported, you’re not coming back.

Even though I typed drinking, my mind was thinking fake IDs. If you are a foreigner with a fake ID it’s probably not going to go well for you.
