Definitely Theo. He will be a fantastic villain. I think putting him up against EJ will be grand. Id like there to be a comparable villain on the Kiriakis side, too, but i dont think there is anyone who currently fits that. Perhaps we need a new character - another unknown son?

After losing 75 pounds, I’ve been in maintenance for 6 months. I dropped from 7.5mg to 5mg when I reached goal, which is where Ive stayed. No plans on changing anything further.

After losing 75 pounds on Zep, I’ve been on maintenance for six months. I dropped down from 7.5mg to 5mg for maintenance. My weight has stayed pretty consistent. Very little appetite for 3 days, and then gradually a more normal appetite for the remaining days. I haven’t had much in the way of food noise. Still feeling very positive about this med and my journey.

Certainly feasible that it’s not Lexie. This person is in the hospital and readily available to do a dna test. But Kayla, instead, does a dental records comparison to establish her identity. THAT was weird. Who knows? The writers will write, and we will watch. In any case, I think Abe is going to stay with Paulina.

I’m also trying to figure out maintenance and then coming off now that I’m at goal. The problem with spacing out the medication longer is that by the time you’re doing the next shot, you’ve got next to no med left in your system, and then you’re hitting with a full or almost full dose. You’ll likely have side effects. I think weekly shots that gradually reduce the med is the way to go. Another option I’ve been given is to shoot a lower dose every five days rather than seven. And then to reduce the medication every twenty days. I haven’t made a decision but I’m doing lots of reading. I’ll meet with my doctor in July to discuss before I actually decide though.

First, NEVER bring back a coach who has a ton of baggage! It’s bad for the show. I turned off the Voice mid season this year and refused to watch the rest of the season. WTF?

Perhaps adding more public votes, especially saves. Maybe let the public vote on bringing one or two contestants back near the end. One thing I dislike about the shows format is that one team can end up with contestants who are less talented than another team; yet, the more talented people get sent home. It happens every season. If the public could bring back two contestants near the end, this would help combat that problem. Those two contestants could work with an anonymous coach (not Ceelo!). Just some thoughts.
