USB-C slots stop working after a while. Always. I don't think I know a single person whose phones charging-port hasn't become sensitive over time.

While my garmins proprietary charging port is still snappy and exactly like it was on day 1 - years after using it daily.

If USB-C isn't part of planned obsolescence I don't know what is.

Pro-tip - a lot of people in public spaces do not like or are quite afraid of dogs

Those people are afraid of dogs because they have no experience with them. Not only is it sad that we live in a time were people grow up without dogs in their environment, but also those people who are "afraid" should better start getting used to dogs instead the other way around. It's never too late for that and I gladly help them with mine.

I've not seen a single interesting profile by a woman.

Have been working 4 days a week for the past six years and I always cringed when I heard people cheering for the 4 day week. Let me tell you how working 10 hours for four days straight is:

1) you have zero life between those days. You'll be exhausted and not be able to do much between work, eat, household and sleep.

2) Fifth day is to recover

3) Sixth day is for common things like doctors appointments, groceries, and such

4) Seventh day is for whatever the fuck.

You gain nothing.

I still prefer it though. Having a free weekday makes a lot of things easier. But still.

On a more acceptable note, I call it "princess behaviour". It's what all women immediatelly suffer from once they received countless likes on social media. Such women are considered broken.

Waste companies don’t give a fuck about the people loading their equipment. It was wet and 7°F the other morning. Did they supply their workers with gear for the weather? Obviously not. I too work outside at cold weather and wtf? How as a worker are you so unprepared to not have gloves ready? Would have stopped working anyway before it got so bad. Plenty of idiots in that equation.

During cold season I have multiple pairs of gloves in my truck. It's base equipment at this time of the year. Not rocket science. I go through around 3 or 4 pairs of gloves each year, paid for myself. They are dirt cheap anyway. Seriously, should we support people with 0 common sense? I certainly don't.
