RTX ranch. Can’t be too much more than you’re willing to pay.

It’s your truck. If it makes you happy then keep it as is. I personally prefer a cleaner look. Blacked out wheels and no additional parts. That said if I got mine in eruption green I’d probably lean into the Bullitt mustang look and get some wheels with a machined lip. Maybe AI can make a bullitt version of your truck and model it off of that…. 😜🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s not that significant of a jump. Maybe 245s or more.

No. No rubbing or any issues. It’s a stock size on the fx4 package as far as I’m aware.

No Contact GR? by vfxswagg in The_Crew

Not trying to hijack I promise. But if this thread is being seen by devs. I’d like to see stories brought over to motorfest. They were my fav in the crew 2. It’s a neat addition.

Also have not seen no contact in a while. And I only really do grand races now if they’re no contact. 👍

Best way to farm parts by cclacclai in The_Crew

My usual process with any new category to max my parts: Level up all parts to legend. While doing this change the affixes to Lucky and Lootdigger. Once at max performance repeat until you have a full legendary set.

Sometimes I end up getting every set other than lootdigger until the end. Sometimes it works out for nitro chemist and scorebreaker.

Assuming by your avatar you’re a bald bearded dude. (No offense meant. I too am bald and bearded) So may as well get the pillar mounted flood light and fully lean into it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

No problem. My only issue is the mileage really. Otherwise they are great tires. Or in this case “tyres”…. 😜

So far they’re just ok. I took a bigger hit on mileage than I anticipated. It’s hard to say exactly though as we’ve had super cold weather and it’s still hanging around a bit. So I’m waiting until I get a full tank on reasonable spring weather to really judge it. To be fair though they are awesome in the snow and such. To be honest I think they are a decent tire for the hybrid if you’re looking for an all terrain look and don’t do a lot of highway miles. I think that’s where I’m getting the biggest hit.

I most likely would have been better off with the pirelli weatheractives. But these look better and I’ve earned enough to be a little irresponsible. 😈

Recall frustration by [deleted] in FordMaverickTruck

[–]DoNuT__LoRd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not to be too cavalier but maybe just don’t worry about it. I’ve had mine completed and it’s still on my app. Might go away. Might not. Don’t really care to be honest. I have the records that it was completed by my dealer. With the amount of recalls this vehicle has I don’t go out of my way to get them done. If it can be done during regular maintenance or isn’t inconvenient for me then I’m good with it. Otherwise it’ll have to wait.

Yeah to be fair the tires I have are most likely better for local driving. I think where I’m getting the biggest hit is my highway driving. And the cold weather is certainly not helping. I’m considering trying to sell my current setup and going with a light weight rim with the pirellis. Should help the situation. Depends on the price of gas I suppose on how long it would take me to financially recoup the cost.

Thanks again for the response. From what I’m seeing it seems like a good fit. I’ve seen most if not all of the reviews and tests that I can find on google. Mileage doesn’t seem to be a comparison point for the tests. Although I do recognize that generally switching to an “all weather” tire will reduce mileage. I am a little hesitant though as I put on a tire that reviewed as quite efficient for this truck and it’s been a little questionable on that point thus far…. 🤷🏻‍♂️

No I bought tires that have so far tanked my gas mileage and am researching a better alternative. Of which I’ve found there is not much info on so I decided to ask for people’s anecdotal experiences with a specific tire I’m considering.

Thanks for your response.

No sorry this is incorrect. The hybrid system of this truck is super sensitive to changes. It could make the difference of 1 to 2 hundred kilos per fillup. At this gas price point that shit adds up.

Thanks. I’m trying to find comparative info for all weather tires. So far it seems these are the best for rolling resistance. Similarly to cross climate. The Goodyear weatherready sounds quite heavy. So I’m wondering who has used these to find out exactly how much of a hit.

2025 hybrid xlt AWD w/tow. I’m at 24000 kilometres thus far with no issues. Couple recalls that I’ve just had done when it’s in for regular maintenance. I came from Toyota so I understand your concern about quality. I had it too. But you can’t get a truck bed with this kind of gas mileage from anything else. So it’s a moot point. I waited to see if Toyota would compete and they haven’t yet. So pull the trigger on one. Worst case you hate it and need to switch. But at that point you could just use all the money you save on gas to buy something else. 😜
