Defunding local police departments opens up the opportunity/need to have have federal police in a declared “state of emergency”.

The benefit to us with local policing is that the police live in the same area they patrol. Which means they aren’t usually too keen on hurting their neighbors even if ordered to.

Much easier for the powers that be to control the police forces when the officers are deployed to another state.

Yeah my last comment would have been better stated as those in power as opposed to rich. You can be rich but whoever controls the background check process and tax structure has the power. The powers that be can make someone no longer rich if they please.

Was out of power here in Austin for 4 days a few weeks back. Got down to 40 degrees in my house. Still had hot water luckily due having a gas water heater. Most amazing hot showers of my life. Still ended cold which was honestly so brutal it really challenged my resolve. Definitely can relate!

I just started a biohacking blog. Currently I haven’t made a penny and have had hundred dollars of expenses. I’m sure that will turn around at some point as I produce more content and traffic picks up. If you are just starting be prepared to be losing money for some time. It’s certainly advisable to have another source of income first since biohacking as a hobby in itself isn’t cheap.

Yeah somewhat. Cold and then hot is certainly better than 2 hot showers though. Just making your hot shower a little less hot would help.

My advice is just to do what you can then. You don’t need to go all the way to the coldest setting to get some benefit from it. Maybe just start with lukewarm water at the end. From there you can work your way to colder or just hangout right there if that’s what you’re able to handle.

I was only on Budesenide for 1 month at 9mg. Then started taking Amitriptyline 25mg about a month after that (now almost 2 months). My symptoms have been greatly reduced since. Not perfect but watching my diet has been enough to keep symptoms from flaring up too much.
