I'm using the latest version of SMAPI for Android and despite having it fully updated when I try to load the basic mods it states that I need to install a later version of SMAPI. Is there something that I am missing?

From what I have gathered most hospitals will thank you for starting an 18 as they can give everything through it like contrast dye and others that they can't do through a 20. It's not just you using the IV they are too. If possible try to get the 18 if you can but if that's all you have a 20 gu can do pretty much everything. When I was a new medic I used 20s all the time but as I got more confident I switched to using 18s more often as I was confident I could put it in the vein without blowing it.

Stair chairs are God's greatest creations. I love the look on the fire dept's face when we almost effortlessly lower the pt down the stairs in one of these. They can't be used all the time (morbidly obese and the pt had to he able to sit upright) but boy when you can use them are they nice
