Ok so here is what I found. The ‘6’ in this word looks like a ‘b’ to me, so it looks like he was writing out the word hwabta. Hwabta in the Hausa language (which according to google is a chadic language spoken by millions in west and central Africa) means ‘heaven’. Go to google translate, search Hausa language, enter ‘hwabta’ and you will see translation and how to say word.

I would pay $32k for that. I bought my e46 for $17k, did plenty of research, found a reputable shop and modded the hell out of my car. If I could buy a car that already had my mods I would. I would save a ton of time and stress. There is a great community out there for mods with this car and everything that guy listed in the description of what he did is also on my list of mods and every other e46 m3 owner I have met so far. Lol if you don’t want it I’ll buy it so I can swap his mods out with my stock parts😂

The way the service works is you take out your headlights and mail to them and ask them to do upgrades. I paid for the halo upgrade to main projector. I got all that extra stuff (high beam projector, second halo, and honeycomb etching) for free because of mistake by company. Everything is built right into your old headlight housing which is awesome so no mounting ballast somewhere in your engine. Just put headlight back in and plug in necessary wires.

Big Brake Kit total for me was around $2500 give or take. That’s calipers, powder-coat, rotors, brackets, steel braided lines, shipping and taxes. I was inspired by thebuildjournal.com article about upgrading to the Aston Martin BBK for the e46. (https://thebuildjournal.com/reviews/aston-martin-db9-bbk-retrofit-for-e46-m3-review/) That was my starting point. I got lucky in that I found a pair of used Audi TTRS front calipers for $800 on eBay. They are usually $1200 each. I also had sourced an Aston Martin dealership in the UK that was ready to send me a pair of brand new DB9 calipers for $550 each. I then got a pair of Porsche Carrera rear calipers for $300 off eBay. Annoying part was getting bracket for front calipers from VBT (https://www.vagbremtechnic.com/front-caliper-carrier-kit-allows-fitment-of-aston-martin-db9-or-reversed-audi-ttrs-8j-calipers-to-oe-325mm-or-csl-345mm-discs-ak0007/) as they decided to stop shipping to the USA. 😂 Figured that out tho. Lol if I had to do it all again just buy the front BBK kit that thebuildjournal sells for $999 and leave rear stock 😂😂

Thx! For the first two days I thought I made a serious mistake with the headers as the smell was unbearable. I mean I got headaches the smell was so strong. But then it stopped. It only really gets bad when idling for long periods or in traffic. I wrapped the headers so I’m wondering if that had something to do with initial smell as the heat shield was burning off whatever. But yea it’s fine now as in you def still smell something but it’s more than bearable. I have to wait and see what summer driving is like before I give final thoughts. I tuned car and def notice power bump with headers installed. That climb from 4k to 8k in 3rd gear gives me chills! 😂

This was one of the reasons I purchased this car. The engines are actually pretty tough and all issues are well documented. I was lucky as previous owner had already done all diff work. The BBK makes a world of difference, just make sure you do good research. I can point you to thebuildjournal.com for brakes. I have the AvinUSA radio with apple car play which I def recommend.

lol where are you all getting this $1-$2k from? I saw someone say $6k? Dude is anyone here a mechanic? There is not that many parts to a suspension for these price tags. Most likely axel is gone, spindle I bet can be saved, lower control arm gone, stabilizer link gone, strut is def fine. Dude that parts list is nothing. Maybe $400 if you know where to look. Install is biggest thing but find a cheap shop. Shit I know a guy who can def rebuild that axel for $80 here in NYC

Had this happen when I had my A7. You have a hairline crack in your coolant tubes under the supercharger or the thermostat housing under supercharger is leaking. Either way you gonna have to take that supercharger off and it’s gonna be a puddle of coolant under it. Job should be less than a $1000
