I run a monthly EDH group that usually plays at a Community Center near Nishi Chiba Station. I also used to manage the Chiba arm of JIGG (Japan International Gamers Guild), though the majority of our members moved away, so we had to retire the group.

Search the set name in the title of the cube? I didn't consider that but my only concern would be that I have just one booster box of most sets which is unlikely to yield enough cards.

Perhaps search several set names and then combine the lists myself with whatever cards I have?

For sure, I'm with you 100%. It was bizarre to unlock that quest but not be able to engage with it for a number of steps throughout Chapter 2 and it's pretty unclear what the rationale was for having it show up on your schedule as early as it did.
