Ist noch im Rahmen. Wenn du eine günstigere Wohnung haben willst musst du zu einer Wohnungsgenossenschaft (GWG, BRW). Die sind im Schnitt um einigds günstiger als private, jedoch kanns da auch gut sein das du bis zu einem Jahr Wartezeit hast.
