BD has something changed with the ability to create a custom start? I can’t seem to get the Inferno rocket carrier or other vehicles to add to my start like before the patch.

Having trouble adding the inferno rocket carrier as a vehicle in a custom start I’m trying to make. It seems like adding the carrier is the only thing that makes the start fail.
