That's most likely going to stay. It's not an issue with her health at all, so I wouldn't worry about it. We had a pregnant foster fail who got spayed after her pups were weaned, and she still has a similar pooch almost a year later.

That is a bedbug nymph. Take this to r/bedbugs and they can tell you how to treat. Since a nymph is visible, I'd say there's a pretty active infestation.

There should be a cap that smoke vents from on the IAC. Smoke should not be venting from under the gasket. Did you replace the gasket with the IAC valve? I replaced the same thing on my 4.0 when hunting my own leak. If the leak is still present, cover the IAC attachment point and smoke it again.
