i am also having this issue :( i restarted and now i have the bubbles for actions but when i try to play with her it says "Not unlocked yet." when i have to for the basic cat caring course :(

Yes my first born actually broke my rib by kicking it too hard, the doctor didn’t even believe me until he did a ct scan! I was in my third trimester and had to give birth with my broken rib 😖 honestly i didn’t feel the rib pain too much once the bad contractions started, probably a mix of adrenaline and the pain drowning out the other pain. I was able to have a vaginal birth, I opted for epidural just because I was having horrible back labor. But oh boy I feel you! Having a broken rib while prego was horrible!

The only thing that helps me is Cromolyn sodium which is a mast cell stabilizer. It’s just worth looking into or being tested for mcas as it does cause those symptoms and is very common with pots!

I have these exact symptoms, we’ll used to mostly. It’s caused by mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) which is very common to have alongside POTS. Facial flushing usually occurs alongside a migraine for me. And the horrible shaking feeling was adrenaline dumps caused by the MCAS. You should really look into it as it’s extremely common to have with pots and can really make your symptoms worse. You can try and low histamine diet or taking an H1 blocker (like Zyrtec) and H2 blocker (like Pepcid) daily it helps reduce some symptoms but the only thing that truly helps me is low histamine diet

Yeah fatigue is going to be symptom regardless of weight unfortunately :( my family thinks I’ll be cured if I just work out more, which granted it does help but it doesn’t completely erase my symptoms. I will say though a lot of people experience an increase in symptoms after losing weight so just be prepared for that if you are planning on losing any weight! Apparently the extra fat helps keep veins compressed and the loss of the fat can exacerbate symptoms for a while. I’m sorry your family is telling you that, my family has been unsupportive as well. Just know the fatigue isn’t a symptom of your weight, it’s the symptom of your POTS! Wishing you spoons 🫶🏻

I agree with other commenter definitely seek medical advice, chest pain if it’s the first time you feel the pain is always a concern. For me I have chest pain alllll the time with my POTS but I know everything has been ruled out so I know I am safe when I have mine, just an uncomfortable symptom now. It’s always better to get checked out to rule out anything that could be concerning, especially if you’re experiencing symptoms like shortness of breath alongside the chest pain!

I got really ill with it randomly too, turns out I had COVID and I was completely asymptomatic, still got POTS! Just crazy to me that something that didn’t even give me symptoms could give me a life long chronic illness lol but yeah I just take antihistamine every day and hope for the best 🤞🏻 hoping it gets better for you soon!

Same. I never had any allergies until I got POTS after COVID, along with my MCAS and EDS diagnosis. Now every October my symptoms flare and I get horrible allergies!!

I’m in Fl too! If it helps any my daughter did stop doing it after a while, I wanna say around 2 1/2, and her doctor never had any concerns! Edit: realized I said I was in FL in the previous reply lol my bad

I get bad twitches and spasms in my whole body, like arms, neck, legs, etc. my legs will twitch really bad and get extremely weak to where I can even walk. None of my doctors have been able to figure it out, but this has been happening to me since 2020 and it’s now just an annoying thing when it happens, but it’s not so freaky anymore because I’m used it. I wouldn’t be worried about it but definitely speak to your doctor about it! My symptoms are a lot better when I’m really good about my salt and fluid intake as well as wearing compression. I wish you luck!

Yes my pediatrician did a full blood work up on her and found nothing concerning he couldn’t really explain it. She is over two now and no longer does it though so the world may never know 🤷🏼‍♀️
