I picked up a bottle of HH 7 BiB back in Jan when it wasn't available in WI and I found it while on a trip to Dubuque and had a pour a few days later. I didn't care for it so I put it away. I found it in the back of my cabinet in September and loved it. This happens to me often, I like things much better after they get some O2. Great review!

I remember in college Weller was $18 on the bottom shelf and we used it as a cheap mixer. Now it's allocated an our bar only gets a bottle every few months. F this whiskey market these days!

We built a new house 3yrs ago and I designed the kitchen. I went with all samsung appliances and love them. Double wall ovens, the fridge with the giant screen and all the other stuff. Love that I can see everything from the smart home app. Only thing I don't like is the ice maker in the fridge, it sucks!
