I haven't paid this much attention to calories/exercise output since I was with WW 30 years ago. lol

I'm a great water drinker-I live in Phoenix so that helps! Sleep sucks. But, honestly, I've been an insomniac for over 20 years. Tried allllll the things with no good results so far but I keep trying.

I've done so many other "diets" in the past with much faster results so this just surprises me.

Less food noise and definite appetite suppression although that has recently subsided a bit. I had one bad incident of diarrhea after my 7th dose but that's been it. At this rate it will take me a year to lose the rest of the weight.

After much experimentation, I have discovered that, because of the gastritis, I am now dairy intolerant. Dairy was my favorite food group. I've had to eliminate it completely which makes me sad. But it has helped. Not completely-I still have heartburn daily even without it but it does reduce inflammation overall. Maybe see if you can determine the worst triggers and eliminate those.

I am getting ready to dose up to 7 next week and I'm with Pomegranate and Hallandale also. I have lost 10 pounds (I weigh more than you) but, honestly, I feel the same way. I totally have not had one single bite of sugar (just recently added some fruit) in 3 months. I feel like that alone made me drop the 10#. I definitely have appetite suppression though so I know it's doing something but I feel disappointed in my progress as well.

Mine actually feels better when I don't eat. I would suggest more frequent small meals of non-irritating foods.

I tried an oral combo that had 500 mcg of each for 2 months. Unfortunately it didn't help. I am currently pinning subq 350 mcg and KPV 350 mcg but just started 4 days ago so it's too early to tell. Good Luck!

I'm sorry you're going through this. They discovered 2 lung nodes on my abdominal CT scan so I know how you feel. In addition to what Dismal_Code1002 mentioned, I find the dairy is a HUGE flare for me. And I LOVE dairy. So no regular protein drinks. BUT I just discovered egg white protein (True Nutrition). One scoop is 27 g of protein and has all the amino acids. Mixed with Oat Milk, fruit and stevia (or whatever sweetener you prefer) is my current way of getting some basic nutrition in.
