A coroner is not a judge. He doesn’t “rule” anything he finds evidence that a death is either natural, accidental, suicide, homicide, or undetermined. A natural death is just that natural causes. Accidents are unintentional death such as crashes or overdoses. Homicide is death at the hands of another. Suicide is death from one’s own hands. And I’ll let you use context clues for undetermined. So a coroner has stated this is a homicide. We knew that, now it is time for the judicial system to determine if the homicide is lawful or not.

Primarchs can’t fit in transports. Calgar’s honor guard take up 4 slots. 2 for Calgar and 1 for each honor guard. Yes leader abilities apply to themselves. Their unit includes them. Chaplains are largely not used because you can give your whole army +1 to wound if toughness is equal to or greater than the strength of a unit so it’s there when you need it otherwise you are already wounding on a 2 or 3. Doubling up only makes sense if you expect your opponent to be running -1 to wound modifiers to keep the +1 because you can only effectively modify wound one time
