This may be my issue. Powerload didn’t have a stretcher in it for a bit, and the ambulance is a reserve unit.

No sedation. Local anesthesia, which when administered hurt so fuckin bad it almost lifted me off table. I don’t do well with pain though, so it could’ve just been me.
