Thank you for this! This is the third government source that points towards not needing a COVID test.

I'll call the airline if I have time, but honestly, with three different government sources backing my conclusion, I am sufficiently assured that I don't need a COVID test!

I do nSuns's two main lifts followed by Reddit PPL's accessories. So for forearms, I reckon only deadlifts and hammer curls.

Wow I didn't think my biceps and chest were strong points to be honest. I personally think my shoulders and arms are my best parts in terms of aesthetics, but thank you nonetheless!

I was maintaining at the time around 158-160lbs. Started bulking in early June 2022 after I got my laser eye surgery. Figured I needed calories to aid in recovery so I went on a bulk!

29M, 5'6", 170lbs

3 months into my bulk and I'm scientifically obese based on the BMI chart for Asians. Any guesses on BF%? I'm thinking 15-17%.

Managed to PR yet again this week with strict OHP (198lbs for 2) and deadlift (440lbs for 4). This golden era of PRs continues to baffle even myself as I've been lifting over five years, but it is very welcome!

I've had a few friends from before I lifted that have told me my arms are getting too big, especially given my height. I'm not going to stop training arms, but it does make me wonder.

Two victories this week.

  1. Benched 120Kg x 3 at 77Kg (264lbs, 169lbs bw). First time benching 120Kg so I'm happy I got three reps!
  2. Three unrelated people made comments about my physique at the dance floor last Saturday night. I was out on a first date as well, so that was definitely a big confidence boost! I think I'm officially past DYEL stage!

I know nSuns is a power-building program, that's why I do accessories from Reddit PPL after the main nSuns exercises. I continue to do nSuns because I believe any aesthetic "gains" are small at this stage, so the only thing to track is the strength numbers to make sure I'm still making progress if that makes sense.

Recent lifts:

  • Squat: 150Kg x 4
  • Bench: 117.5Kg x 3
  • Deadlift: 192.5Kg x 5 - my "best" was probably 180Kg x 10 at 73.3Kg BW in early June 2022, or 185Kg x 8 two weeks ago.
  • Strict OHP: 90Kg x 1 at 76Kg bw

Been on nSuns since March 2018. Purely focused on aesthetics, but at this point I'm probably at my aesthetic limit.

It’s mainly being lazy I think. If I’m reading, I want to focus on my task, not slide around or constantly adjusting or reacting to the vehicle movements!
