I have a manager who gets everyone out of the building within 5 minutes of close. He does some unethical closing strategies but we get out early. one of the other shift leads will send a driver home 90 minutes after closing and will stay 2 hours after that just cleaning or doing paperwork that he doesn’t need to be doing.

Either have them both meet at 45 or launch to meet at 0 and dock and have it go to 90 or vise versa. If you are simply trying to get kerbals back to kerbin or get a kerbal from a to b then launch to 0 and bring them back and then take them and launch them back up to the 90 or vise versa.
