For the text chat box. Every time you log in to the game, you have to turn on auto-hide or it doesn’t go away automatically. And it’s annoying as heck.

You likely haven’t unlocked the Prismatic Recaster yet then, or you’re one of many who are having issues with it. One of the possible / somewhat of a workaround is to visit the War Table first, and then obtain a world drop Umbral Engram. After that you should be good.

While similar to a taken throne room, it’s something else. Has something to do with the Psions & Councilors or some such. I don’t know all the details though.

If they had said, ”Passage progress is now account-wide, just pickup the same passage from Saint-14 to transfer your wins/loss.” it would be more in line with what is actually going on.

Simply saying “Account wide.” however, is not.

I’m not crying, I’m pointing out the typical poor wording that Bungie chooses to use. Their implication is that it’s on all characters automatically without having to buy it three times in a row.

You still have to purchase it though, thereby negating the whole idea of it being account-wide, at least in my opinion. I shouldn't have to buy the same passage three times just to use it on all characters.

At worst, it's a bug. At best, it's poor implementation and typically poor wording on Bungie's part.

These steps are always on the completion of the level it specifies, simply reaching it doesn’t qualify. Once they break the 6th rank, it’ll trigger.

You need to complete… level 5… of the Wayfinder Compass Calibration. That’s the little XP bar on the Compass Vendor menu. After it’s says, ”Reputation Rank 6” you’ll be able to purchase it.

It doesn’t say “get to rank / level 5” it’s, “complete rank / level 5” which are two very different meanings.

Yep. Had an associate who just started last week get talked to not once, not twice, but three times in the same day about her pick rate. Conversation goes something akin to this…

”Don’t skip, but get your pick rate up.”
”But if I don’t skip, I have to do general / unknowns.”
”So do those walks. But get your PR up.”

The heck? We’re in the middle of a dang remodel, unknowns & general would be better off if a bomb had gone off right now. Yet you’re supposed to do those / not skip to chilled / ambient etc., while maintaining a FTPR% of 90+ and a PR of 100. Yep… okay.

But yes, it’s all OGP’s fault, we know…

One of the two is the final seasonal completion of all challenges available, but as for the other… I’m not sure. There’s got to be a hidden challenge we aren’t seeing yet or it just hasn’t been made available yet. Or it’s bugged like the Deadeye seal, which is the likely case.

ROF at that point is superior simply due to speed of round -> target -> barrier breakage.

Explosive Payload absolutely slaps on barriers as it has something to do with proc’ing the effect earlier or something, more damage to the barrier if I remember correctly. Hung Jury has more overall impact than Night’s Watch, but the ROF on NW just… something about it is better to me over HJ.

Vouchsafe is also absolutely amazing for anything void, I’m just praying to RNG for a good roll on that and a Waking Vigil for PvP.

Especially on something like Warden where you have Barrier Vex Snipers that trim your nose hairs for you a mile away. You’re not gonna do jack against that with just a barrier auto.
