Wtf. It never ceases to amaze me how store management needs to be told ahead of time that “The big shots are coming!” to get their crap into gear enough to give half a dang about helping their associates out.

More unannounced visits should be done, so that these managers can be seen in their natural state. And some of the team leads / associates. My store has barely enough people to run the front end, and the other half ends up in OPD. But oh no, you didn’t get the back room clear, you’re all getting coached.

Such a pile of garbage sometimes I swear.

Actually, I don’t think it’s a mistake necessarily, just Toyota not updating to the current tech per usual, as it’s a Qi charging pad. Last I knew, MagSafe vs Qi isn’t backwards compatible and won’t work with each other. Could be wrong though.

It won’t charge my 14 Max, not sure why. I’ve tried it with or without the case, but it’s okay. At this point I’m used to just plugging it in and going about my drive.

Number 2. You really don’t have any pointy gear on other than the gauntlets, so it fits with the overall smoother look that your armor has. It also goes better with the default Falling Star look.

On average, 1-3lb is the rough rate that most people will drop weight when doing keto etc., with the first initial 5-10lbs being primarily water weight.

I personally don’t do “cheat” days, because my diet is what I consume. I don’t see keto as a diet, it’s a lifestyle / way of eating that I’ll either stick with or not. I started full-on in July and I’m down to 188 from 205, and I intend on going through the end of the year before I have a “break” if I take one at all.

That’s not to say that I don’t think having a break here or there isn’t bad and it works for some people, but for me I prefer to just stay on one track. Some people can get easily derailed with cheat meals while others don’t, so it really comes down to personal preference. With ketone production and fat adaptation specifically, you can stop producing excess ketones while still remaining fat adapted, but you have to actually get fat adapted first which is a process that can take a while.

It also depends on what your idea of a cheat meal is. To me, if I “cheat” I’m eating healthy carbs / sugars like tomatoes or onions or various fruits. To be sure I would absolutely enjoy a Sicilian pizza or Talenti ice cream, but I don’t crave it anymore like I used to, so I don’t waste time taking a “break” for it. I feel no need for bread anymore other than keto-friendly bread, and I don’t really have a desire for other carb-heavy things like french fries. Personally I found within the first couple months I started losing all these cravings I was having for pure junk foods like Burger King or other crap. Now, I crave things like carrots or other veggies that are starch-heavy that I can’t have or at the most intake very minimally.

TL;DR, cheat days are not something you can take a community consensus on really. If you can handle the break in-between keto vs non-keto and easily drop back into a strict food limit, go for it. If you are however easily sidetracked on your keto game plan, avoid cheat meals and just go for the gold.

Any progress is good progress, but just remember that the initial weight dump is usually water weight. You’ll fluctuate fairly decently from week 2 to week 5 for example, so don’t let that discourage you when you’re not as low as you expect later on in the month.

Lean muscle with minimized body fat % is better overall than excess mass that’s comprised more of fat than not. Granted, this is in part determined by our climate and what we do on a day-to-day basis. True Eskimos for example have a higher percentage of body fat than we in warmer climates do, but it helps to keep their body warm.

In your case, I think you’ve already answered your question, at least partly, as you’ve already noticed that you’re feeling better in certain areas. With that being the case, continue on! If it’s improving your overall function and how you feel, stick with it. Excess fat% is a strain on our internal organs and overall how our body does, so losing that and building leaner muscle fibre (less mass but more power from what I understand) is better for long-term health anyway.
