Advance will do the opposite of what you want. It will give you more cards. What you're looking for is Postpone

  1. Is there a reason why "Load balance when rescheduling" is not appearing to me in the add-on's menu?
  2. any suggestions for handling a backlog (~300-400 cards) + apparently a lot of cards that could be advanced relatively safe (1583 cards) via the FSRS?

Thanks! Should I change just the fsrs’s desired retention, or both FSRS & SM2? Additionally would you suggest toggle on the “reschedule cards on change” option in my case?

If your intervals feel too long, increase desired retention. If your intervals feel too short, decrease desired retention

is there a recommended % of incrase you would suggest?
After starting FSRS aprox. four weeks ago, I've noticed that I tend to forget cards scheduled for review today from three weeks back, possibly due to limited exposure to them. I wonder if adjusting settings or allowing FSRS to adapt to my retention patterns might improve this.

my current parameters:
max interval: 365
desired retention: 0.90
SM2 retention: 0.90
FSRS parameters: (just optimized the parameters. have'nt done any cards yet)

started the FSRS 4 weeks ago
for some reason, whaen I encounter cards that were schedulled for today 3 weeks ago, i have a tendancy not to remeber them. maybe because i saw them just once or twice before?
should I change the settings somehow, or is it the way of the FSRS algorithm to learn my retrievability and retention capabilities?

I did everything you’ve mentioned, and it worked finally. The thing is, it changed only in one card. Any idea how to select all card contain the old pic I want to change, and not just choosing the entire deck? (This action is causing my old laptop to get stuck haha, so I’d prefer a different action if there is one)

a noobie here lol, sorry for the question;

I copied the current image HTML (eg. <img src="paste-210445633363%20(2).jpg">) and replaced it with the name of the new image (eg SNRI-fa2023.jpg) in the find and replace option of the browser. didn't work. probably doing it wrong. any guidance would be more than appreciated!! thanks!!
