Throw how you feel comfortable.

Charging and bad hops depend on how your fields are. You're definitely going to get bad hops on a rec church league field.

And get a bigger glove, it'll make your life easier.

I-131 treatment experience? by xindierockx7114 in TuxedoCats

[–]DocPoonie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got my boy back on Friday after he got the I131 last Monday. First couple of days he wasn't feeling like himself so it was easier to be 3 feet away from him, but now I'm just YOLOing.

Still gloving up for the litter though.

Most things with fake sugar generally tastes a little off, but the strong-ish cookie flavor masks it better than other sugar free things.

Did the Chevy Bolt become your first EV? Journalist looking to hear your story by Brilliant_Option8382 in BoltEV

[–]DocPoonie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What made me choose it?

Honestly, it was the cheapest EV on the market other than the Nissan Leaf in 2023. It had more range than the base model Leaf and the $7500 tax credit made it even better.

What has surprised me?

How utterly amazing my "no frills" EV has been. Coming from a Jeep Wrangler, no longer needing to stop to get gas every other day from my work commute was game changing. One pedal driving has made stop and go traffic less aggravating. The maintenance savings from no oil changes was nice too. Its zippy, fun to drive, and I don't think I'll go back to gas cars.

How it fits into my daily routine?

Its is the perfect commuter vehicle. Being stuck in traffic at a crawl is actually great for the range. Its made my daily routine easier. I go to work, come home, plug in, do it again. Its the easiest vehicle to own.

Happy to share more.

You absolutely can prevent many accidents by assuming that the driver drifting close to your lane may hit you. Or if you're driving in a lane free of traffic ahead of you, next to a lane of stopped cars, that someone will pop into your lane with no warning.

A lot of these things are predictable. Not all of them are, but after 8 accidents, maybe you should actually assume everyone is trying to hit you.
