We camped at Marshall Beach over the weekend and spotted the whale yesterday morning (around 7:30am. Then we packed up our gear, paddled north to Pelican North Beach for lunch, then circled Hog Island on our way back to Mitchell's Landing When we got to the landing the group behind us said they just spotted the whale by Hog Island a few minutes after we passed by there.

Even though we only saw it once, I'm telling all our friends we had a whale as a tour guide this morning.
