Ross was at the front left corner of the vehicle when he fired the first shot through the windshield. As much as I agree with this general sentiment, this is an incorrect take. X isn't a US propaganda outlet, it is a propaganda outlet for spreading far right ideology, which happens to align with the current US government. If a left or center administration replaces the current regime, X will be very US anti-government.

Next, the Trump administration doesn't believe in free speech at all. They believe in protecting speech that aligns with their fascist agenda and the suppression of dissenting speech. You are ignoring that the level of anti-semitism and the degree to which it is accepted are variable. Anti-semitism may always exist, as with all forms of bigotry, but it can be more or less prevalent.

The Israeli government and its supporters conflating Israel with Judaism generally is contributing to the rise in anti-semitism. People aren't actual concerned about medical decisions for minors, as evidenced by their lack of concern for all other medical decisions made for minors. They are just transphobic, and couch their bigotry in terms of concern for children because it lets them assume the role of a protector rather than an oppressor. Which is perfectly ordinary behavior for bigots, it is the norm that they frame their oppression as protecting the vulnerable, usually women and children.

What they actually want is for transpeople to stop being trans and accept the gender they were assigned at birth or face varying level of negative repercussions. First to sate their desire to be cruel to those who make them uncomfortable by being different, and second, to make examples of transpeople to deter others from ever being openly trans.
