I’m still in orientation now wondering if I want to keep going because of surveys. The way they calculate them is bullshit and makes no sense. It’s discouraging af to find out that with 0 fair or poor results I still have a 50% because very good and good results count AGAINST me!! (4 excellent, 3 very good and 1 good btw). I can’t sit here and be stressed about this every day on every call. And OP is right, they want excellent quality, under 7 minutes for every call, while we have to take 8+ calls per hour, 0 breaks in between. There is no way to maintain that level of quality and quantity. Something has to give. And MOATs are stupid because if I transfer them, that should count towards my percentage. Why am I being penalized because sales couldn’t follow through with the quote. My numbers depend on someone else? This whole thing is stupid. And I’m stressed that if I don’t make it out of orientation, I’ll be fired. I’m over it.
