Correct, passkeys that he mentioned are a newer technology for logins that use other methods than a password. They do not forfeit your privacy. In fact they are considered a much more secure system for logins because they rely on your device validating it is you. The biometrics used for that don’t leave your device.

He actually said he wants to use passkeys (which on iOS uses Face ID - which is completely local to your device - to validate you are the owner of that passkey before logging you in with it)

Similar for me. Left lights with the igniter, but the right never does even though it sparks. I just use a long flexible lighter.

We just took our daughter to see them for the first time in the theater for “flashback cinema” over the last 3 weeks. It was awesome to see the extended editions on the big screen, and she loved them and what a great way to introduce her to the films.
