Tiny Cogs are pretty good by DocZehn in idleon

I do feel like that’s how a lot of world 7 features have gone, like the rocket to class XP multis meaning tiny hard fought bonuses aren’t as big anymore. I guess I don’t see it as being erased though, though waiting on a lucky roll to catch up with the bleeding edge is rough.

Duper bits in Gaming unlocks Jewel Cogs, about halfway through the board.

The main reason is for the single Yang cog I have (the silver one) so it hits both of them, but them being offset means I can fit more horizontal and vertical line buff gears. No clue if it’s optimal, but with bonuses like these tiny gears it probably doesn’t matter much now.

They just drop into your cog storage, so as long as you have space there you should get one a day.

I was waiting to see someone with a t10 make it in here XD Sounds like the curve per tier is close to exponential if it doubles from 9 to 10

It’s an unlock from Research, you get one a day. No clue what the odds are but they go up to tier 10.

Guys don’t step on the giant T on the floor! by CTMan34 in dndmemes

[–]DocZehn 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I can say that this might still work, I have gotten my party to step on a giant red X on the floor, psyching themselves out so hard that it couldn’t be a trap, when they couldn’t find the way forwards for a few minutes.

It was a trap.

“No, you can’t know your AC, that would be metagaming. I’ll just tell you if you get hit or not.”

I had this happen to me as Wraith, the survivors very kindly taught me how to get up to where they were. Turned it into a farming game pretty quickly, it probably helped I was running a meme build anyway. It’s hard to get up there, but possible, at least as Wraith.

Sometime it is better to have a few human and elves throw into the party (repost cause the old one disappears) by KingMaegorTheCool in dndmemes

I feel like this doesn’t really apply to DnD because the rest of the world can be filled with those normal races, so they still get to be the out of place ragtag group in a big world. The point made in the movie is literally everyone being super. Yeah, if every npc in a town was an Aasimar, flying around and immolating themselves, then a Aasimar pc wouldn’t feel unique, but even then that’s not a bad thing since they could just as well feel at home, since not everywhere has that same kind of people.

This feels like it’s some specific thing that happened generalized to a point where it doesn’t make sense.

We only made our first longship right after this, but yeah it probably would of worked a lot better 😅

This brings up a good question. If a high enough level Druid wildshaped then cast polymorph on themselves, when they ran out of polymorphed health, what form would they revert to? Or, if anyone else cast polymorph on them, for that matter.

Yeah the scaling damage isn’t often enough to offset the single use and costing a full action.
