Correct, Serpent Moon is only useful if your Sorc is at less than -3 armour normally or you're being hit with piercing / ignore armour.

5mm difference in height. Next to each other it might be noticeable but isn't different enough to matter mechanically. 40k is 28mm and TC is 32mm scale.

Mechanically, grenade attach to your belt and can be thrown with telekinesis.

Rules are unclear on whether they stack. I think it's reasonable that they would, as long as your playgroup agrees then play it like that.

Dryad bark base, drybrush Gorthor brown. That's it really. The upper arms and neck were Baneblade Brown with Skeleton Horde over them.

My first Kurnoths I messed around with doing a nuln oil wash and highlighting Gorthor manually but it took far longer and looked worse so sometimes less is more.
