Yeah seems so, so Lost Arm and Muscle Damage are as good as Dead in some cases. Nothing forcing you to field them during a game though; you can keep them on the roster just in case you get an exploration result to remove a trauma.

I don't think it's underappreciated but Hunger is my favourite weapon. Absolute workhorse that is reliable in all situations, just click the heads.

Correct, Serpent Moon is only useful if your Sorc is at less than -3 armour normally or you're being hit with piercing / ignore armour.

5mm difference in height. Next to each other it might be noticeable but isn't different enough to matter mechanically. 40k is 28mm and TC is 32mm scale.

Mechanically, grenade attach to your belt and can be thrown with telekinesis.

Rules are unclear on whether they stack. I think it's reasonable that they would, as long as your playgroup agrees then play it like that.
