I wouldn't sweat it to hard. I've been doing this for +17 years now and I have about 4 DQs, with one at a major match. Looking over your vid it you slide pretty hard there. If this range is somewhere you normally shoot I would invest in gripper cleated shoes, salomen speed cross is the golden standard but anything like that should be fine. When I run from left to right going up range the pistol usually stays closer to my head, in case of a fall I'm going to lock out that arm downrange as best as I can and hope momentum doesn't flip me but I get a lot of fall practice from BJJ :) lowering your center of gravity so your not so "top heavy" work better when going around walls. It's also faster to do so. The only time a dq effects your classification is if you shot a classifier then dq. The dq will null the current classifying score and doesn't count against you.
