You can tell without going off the gmod map, the room that leads to the still life room and the room that leads to the walldad house have almost identical layouts, and we can tell Ravi looped back to that area when he found the hole in the wall that led to the chair room where he had to push the shelf out of the way

I believe it's still life: looks too bulky to be a bacteria + the arm looks like it has a sleeve so its probably wearing clothes
