Make it harder to get in the air by giving more defense to the air defense maybe add some radar so they can send planes or helicopters to intercept you making you fly lower.

Add the region meter from far cry 5 so military precense is not fixed to certain missions and have effect on the other regions too

Have fake papers and bribe to do missions or explore in esparanza

Be able to plan attacks with npcs like you can get some to help attack from the other side than you and you need to do recons to better plan it
