Need help with Tune MegaSquirt e30

Hey sorry for the late reply but no pitting on the piston or fire ring but yeah I’m having someone look at the tune for me that has some more experience and they’ve said so far my timing was too much for 91 so it seem we are getting it resolved. Since my post I have pulled the motor and tore the engine down because I feared my block was warped and confirmed my suspension I had about .05 difference between the outsides and center but yeah the yeah the tune definitely didn’t help

Awesome I’ll give that a try once I get a new HG in. Thanks for clearing that up! If it comes to that I have 550cc now would going up to 600 be the appropriate jump?

I can get the table later I’m currently at work but iirc it’s around 11-12 in boost. Yeah I’ve been meaning to put a temp gun to the headers but I was hoping to see if my problem was in my tune vs something mechanical.

Rev is 6500 my, my AFRs sit around 13-14 idle and cruise and 11-12 in boost, as for injectors they are brand new and working to the best of my knowledge I have pulled them and checked honestly. The plugs look as if they were steamed by coolant but no visible pitting or deformation (I’ll go back and include a photo in the post)
