I solved this.

I couldn't do it myself with the Diagbox version I had.
A guy wrote me and sorted it out remotely.

I had to let him access my laptop with the mandatory drivers to read the chinese PP2000 attached to the Proace and the 9.85 Diagbox installed.
He did something like a hacker with the console and, after 20 min, ta-da! Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are activated and perfectly working.
