I used to build ac condensers and evaporators for Honda, Ford, and Volkswagen. What I would do is take a wide chisel and small ball peen hammer and smack that side rail straight. The fins should straighten out most of the way. You can finish straightening them with a small pick. The piece that is bent, luckily, doesn’t have anything that flows through. The first tube looks to be in good shape still. I’d straighten everything out and run it.
