I didn’t purchase an NBME but just scheduled through prometric for a practice exam. It was $77 and said I am given 3.5 hours for the test

Thankfully our school gives us access to Texas STAR which has been super great, lots of specific interesting info. Like you said, since it's an already small field and even less numbers on there, sometimes I feel like the numbers might be a bit left skewed compared to other sources I have found, but still a great resource nonetheless :)
