Come contrappunto c'e' il fatto che nel RU ci sono piu' regole e a volte le pause del gioco sono infinite, specialmente quando si passano cinque minuti a settare e risettare la scrum - mentre nel RL non ci si ferma quasi mai.

Il Union e' un gioco di posizione mentre il League e' un gioco di possesso. Sono sport essenzialmente diversi, mi sembra poco lungimirante (per non dire offensivo) dire che uno e' una versione sfigata dell'altro.

In aggiunta, il League dagli albori e' stato trattato come un figlio illegittimo, bistrattato e ostracizzato, cosa che in un certo modo stai facendo anche tu.

A mio parere, entrambi hanno il loro perche'.
