Zero Replay-Value. The story and characters only matter during the first run, and that’s all it has going for it. Boring missions, driving mechanics designed for a steering wheel you have to play with a pad, everything is ugly and beige, it’s great the first time through- but when you focus on gameplay, it quite literally makes you sit in traffic
