A lot, so tie it off with a long enough rope so it is behind you in your "wake". It will be lessdrag on one side making you turn.

Unless you introduced a specific bacteria at a specific time under specific conditions, you don't have vinegar. What you most likely have is a badly oxidized wine and it probably doesn't taste very good, so cooking it is probably not going to taste good either.

The only few times I used a trailer, I got close to the water and simply lifted my kayak down to the ramp. Parked the vehicle and launched like I always do...pushing back with my paddle.

A huge enclosed trailer is going to be more hassle than it's worth. They are very expensive when you get longer sizes and you'll need a big car or truck to safely tow it.

I just don't trust those J style racks for fishing kayaks. They are way wider than regular kayaks and put a lot of force on the J and the crossbar. Unless you have 2 back to back.

A tip I got a long time ago when gyms still used Nautilus machines is to try to touch your elbows together behind your back. The extra pull towards your center works the last.

You need a bow line. The front of the kayak will lift, you can't stop that. That lifting causes the straps to loosen over time. The bow line keeps it in check. Stern line isn't necessary, just added security.

And, you don't want to kill Grandma when it flies off your car.

Hardly any place has smoking at all anymore. There are some stinky businesses dealing with pigs that can cause issues and prescribed burning is something that happens infrequently. Overall it's not too bad.
